These terms apply to the website orivaplanet.com and the online classes, demo classes, study material and the QURIOS Olympiad offered by OrivaPlanet, operated by [Registered business name] ("OrivaPlanet", "we").

Services

OrivaPlanet provides live online classes, recorded and interactive learning material, virtual labs and the QURIOS Olympiad for students of Classes 6 to 10. A parent or guardian must register on behalf of a student under 18 and accepts these terms for the student.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before payment, for example ₹9 for a demo class and ₹199 for QURIOS registration. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank details.

Demo class

After the ₹9 payment our counsellor contacts you to fix a convenient demo time. The demo is a single live session.

QURIOS Olympiad

Registration is confirmed only after the fee is paid. Exam date, pattern, scholarships and prizes are as announced on the website; OrivaPlanet may change the date for reasons beyond its control and will inform registered parents. Scholarships apply only to OrivaPlanet programme fees for the stated session and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, share login details, copy course material for distribution, or disturb live classes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

All course material, books, tools and designs on OrivaPlanet belong to OrivaPlanet or its licensors and are for personal learning use only.

Limitation

We work hard to keep classes and the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
