Refund & Cancellation Policy

Demo class (₹9)

If we are unable to conduct your demo class, the ₹9 is refunded in full. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule once by contacting us at least 2 hours before the demo time. The demo fee is otherwise non-refundable.

QURIOS Olympiad registration (₹199)

You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the exam date. After that the fee is non-refundable. If OrivaPlanet cancels the exam, the fee is refunded in full.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money was deducted twice or deducted for a failed payment, it is refunded in full after verification.

How refunds are made

Write to alok@orivaplanet.com with the registration ID and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
